Enjoy open-plan living with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge, TV, books and games. Large glass doors open to multiple outdoor seating areas overlooking the bay — perfect for sunsets, wildlife watching, and relaxed entertaining. An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after swimming.

Guests have access to the waterfront grass area and direct steps to the bay. Parking is available beside the cottage.

Located in peaceful Pindimar North, just 10 minutes to Tea Gardens shops and 15 minutes to Hawks Nest beaches, with ferry access to Nelson Bay. Scenic nature walks and boardwalks are right at your doorstep.
