This property is strictly no pets allowed We do not accept school leaver groups or party groups. The number of occupants must not exceed the number of persons that the property sleeps. No bookings will be made to persons under 25 years of age, identity checks are carried out upon arrival. We require all guest to complete a Hawks Nest Beach Realty guest registration form before arrival. Please be advised should issues with the wifi require a technician it may take some time to rectify due to location. All guest must ensure they abide by the NSW Short-Term Holiday Code of Conduct Regulations. Guest can find a full copy of the legislation Code of Conduct under Holidays on our agency website.
