This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhouse is in a beautifully presented complex across the road from the Myall River and just a short walk to Jimmys and the surf beach. The living is on the top floor and has polished timber floors that open to a large entertaining deck with views over Port Stephens to Shoal Bay. Main bedroom has king bed, ensuite and balcony with views. 2 more bedrooms on middle level have trio bunks and a 4th on ground level has a queen and single bunks also with ensuite. A private lift conveniently accesses all three levels. There is a double garage and electric security gates. Sleeps 12 - This property has WIFI - Linen is not supplied however it can be hired from us and the cost is $22 person.

Private lift to all levels. Please note, following instructions from Midcoast Council. The air conditioner may only be used from 7am to 10 pm on weekdays and 8am to 10pm on weekends (A timer has been installed to ensure compliance from the council) This property is strictly no pets allowed We do not accept school leaver groups or party groups. The number of occupants must not exceed the number of persons that the property sleeps. No bookings will be made to persons under 25 years of age, identity checks are carried out upon arrival. We require all guest to complete a Hawks Nest Beach Realty guest registration form before arrival. Please be advised should issues with the wifi require a technician it may take some time to rectify due to location. All guest must ensure they abide by the NSW Short-Term Holiday Code of Conduct Regulations. Guest can find a full copy of the legislation Code of Conduct under Holidays on our agency website.
