This property is strictly no pets allowed We do not accept school leaver groups or party groups. The number of occupants must not exceed the number of persons that the property sleeps. No bookings will be made to persons under 25 years of age, identity checks are carried out upon arrival. Please be advised should issues with the wifi require a technician it may take some time to rectify due to location.
